Thee Oh Sees: Floating Coffin Vinyl LP Ninja Tune Records this one retained the folk-inspired2013 album from San Francisco psychedelic garage rockers Thee Oh Sees. According to frontman John Dwyer, Floating Coffin goes heavier and darker than previous efforts, reflecting the "mindset of a world that's perpetually war ridden." This might not be obvious at first (though it's pretty clear on "Night Crawler"), but it is certainly apparent on the driving undertone throughout. Probably their heaviest effort to date, with 'nuff in your face energy
